My Profile

Want to let your employees build their profiles, but still want to maintain control over certain information? No problem. Security levels can be set and access to specific fields can be restricted to ensure your employees are only completing the information you require.

My Documents

Gathering all required documents can be a tedious and lengthy process for your new hires. They will now have the ability to upload their documents as they receive them, allowing the hiring staff to process them as they come in. This will keep the hiring process fluid, ensuring your new hires are able to start on time.

My Travel Expenses

Traveling can be a stressful experience. Adding the burden of documenting all of your expenses can cause additional stress, but it shouldn't have to. With a fully digital travel expense system, your team can worry about one less thing. Create a report, submit your expenses as you're "on the go" and submit when you're ready. Approvers will be able to easily review and approve ensuring a quick and seamless reimbursement for your travelers.

My Timesheets

Full service time keeping. Employees can view, maintain and submit their timesheets directly via their self service portal.

My Payslips

Pay-day is always a day employees look forward to. In addition, payslips are official documents required for several personal reasons. Whatever the case may be where your employees require access, they will have peace of mind knowing the ease at which they can access current or previous payslips directly from our portal.

My Flights

Giving your employees the ability to view their flight details directly in the employee self service portal will alleviate your travel department from the constant follow up, ensuring an email was received by the employees, allowing them more time to process the steady flow of travel requests coming in at the best rates.
