Under GDPR and IMO regulations, employees have the right to access specific data, such as Timecards, Payslips, and additional information stored in their profiles within the HR System. The Extended Employee Data Access feature allows employees to exercise this entitlement even after they have left your organization. The new feature aligns with the principles of GDPR and IMO, providing a controlled and temporary access period for former employees.
Former employees can access their data in a read-only format through the Employee Portal. This empowers them to view and retrieve the necessary information for various purposes, ensuring a seamless transition post-employment.
